ORDER ACCURACY
Please ensure that all order details (including product, length, texture, and address) are accurate before checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the rare event that receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thekrownedkollectionco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and offer resolution if the error is on our end.
